I'm a one person operation and specialize in small to medium scale projects. Let me know what you need done and we can go from there - I won't take on work if it's outside the scope of what I can do. Some of my past projects include:
Outdoor carpentry - pergolas, decks & porches, stairs (building, repairing, & maintence/refinishing), trim & structural repairs, wood fence installations & repairs (size dependent), custom planter boxes, cosmetic carpentry
Indoor carpentry - enclosures, shelving, cabinetry, trim work & repairs, flooring, installations
Finish work & repairs - drywall patching & repairs, interior & exterior painting, furniture repairs & refinishing
Landscaping - design, installation, maintenance, grounds & drive/walkway cleaning
Finish electrical & plumbing (i.e. installing fixtures)
You can expect the work to be done carefully and with high quality. I won't rush or take shortcuts if they compromise the end result.
Rates: $75/hr & standard contractor rate of cost + 20% for materials
For larger carpentry projects, I can alternatively provide a bid.
