I'm a one man operation specializing in small to medium scale carpentry & minor remodeling projects, as well as a full service handyman for both repairs and improvements.

Selling a home? I'm experienced working with local realtors and directly with homeowners, taking care of necessary presale maintenance and/or improvements needed to pass inspections or increase your asking price. I even do windows.

Services include:

• Outdoor carpentry - decks & porches, railings, stairs (building, repairing, & maintence/refinishing); pergolas; trim & structural repairs; wood fence & gate installations/repairs; custom planter boxes; utility/garbage enclosures

• Indoor carpentry - shelving; cabinetry; trim work & repairs including matchwork for antique trim; flooring; hardware installations; minor remodeling/updating

• Finish work & repairs - drywall patching & repairs; interior & exterior painting; tiling; furniture repairs & refinishing; window washing

• Landscaping & exterior maintenance - installation; maintenance; pruning; grounds & drive/walkway cleaning; paths & borders; garden design & installation

• Real estate presale maintenance & improvements - structure, walks & driveway cleaning; wall ding repairs; trim repairs; hardware replacements; porch/deck/stair maintenance, repair & refinishing; drywall & lath/plaster repairs, finishing & painting; lock changes; window screen repairs; window washing; hauling

Things I generally can't do: plumbing, electrical, siding, roof or high ladder work. For those jobs I recommend hiring a dedicated professional.

You can expect any work I do to be done carefully and with attention to detail. I won't rush or take shortcuts that compromise the end result.

Rates: $75/hr & standard contractor rate of cost + 20% for materials
